4 year Anniversary

4 Years ago yesterday

I married my best friend

no really we were best friends before we dated

I think the best relationships are built from friendships

It showed us who we really were

We show each other happy, hurt and everything in between

and because of that our love grew deeper and deeper 

and then on a warm 2007 June evening He asked me to marry him

in the sweetest way 

I giggled (cuz that's what I do when I get nervous)

then I said yes and bawled 

and we were married on Friday, August 31, 2007 

It was such a beautiful day

I will remember it forever

I will remember the feeling in the temple

I will remember the smiles we couldn't get off each others faces
I'll remember the way he looked at me that day

and I will remember how fun it all was

Our reception was at the Lion House

It was so hot when we were doing pics so we got ourselves a yummy drink to share

I think this should be in the Lion house adds or something

This is around our one year anniversary

We made it through the "so called hardest year"

and we have some amazing memories that I cherish from that year
and a lot of things we learned about each other, relationships and life

Fall 2008

We really do love to snuggle close

He was teaching me how to carve pumpkins this day

It was my first time at his Brothers annual pumpkin carving party

Such a sweety to get me into it

Halloween 2008

 

We loved playing racquetball together down at SUU

We played all the time like seriously at least once a week that semester 

We need to get back into that it was such a fun activity to do together

I miss it 

Lets start up again honey ok? ok!

Spring 2009

This picture is around our second anniversary

So so in love 

and if you are wondering the glow we both have

This is when Maddux was a little peanut in my tummy 

and to say we were excited is an understatement 

October 2009

When we found out we were pregnant together

I wanted to wait and take the test so we could look together 

and I am so glad we could experience that as a couple

It was very emotional and exciting

September 2009

Wow I thought I loved this Man before

But I don't think I will never forget the feeling I got

when I saw Ty holding Baby M for the very first time

It was overwhelming

I am brought to tears even thinking about it

We became parent together for the first time on

April 28, 2010

I love this picture it means the world to me

What an amazing thing to go through as a couple

We loved each other so much 

we knew it was time to love a baby
and raise him together 

On July 4th, 2010 Ty gave Maddux a name and a blessing

and it was so special

This was taken just before our 3rd anniversary

Wow I just grow to love Ty more and more as every year and as every day passes

He has taught me so much and he makes me want to be a better person

September 2010

We love playing with Maddux together

When Ty gets home and Maddux wakes up from his nap

That is my favorite time of day

He even loves me through all my hair color and style changes :)

We made it through Ty's first year of Law school together

And it really wasn't too bad

He lets me know I am a good mother

Even when I don't think I am

He makes me feel important

smart and that I matter

My favorite compliment he always gives me is that I have a good heart

He still makes me gidddy

And seriously makes me laugh at least once a day

I can't believe we have a one year old

Maddux has taught us both so much

April 2011

Ty is so smart 

and I love it cuz he helps me spell and answers all my questions :)

He is also one of the most caring people I have ever met

He will drop it all to help his family and friends

June 2011

He is the level headed one when I am all stressed and crazy

He calms me down

He cheers me up

He comforts me 

He snuggles me

He loves me through it all

and makes sure that I know I am loved 

Ty and Maddux are my world

They have my heart 

and I couldn't be more excited and happy about it

Here is to an eternity more together
